Elisa Levy is a Senior Administrator and Human Resource Development practitioner with 25 years’ experience. She has worked in publicly-traded, closely-held, and non-profit corporations, in a variety of sectors involving engineering, manufacturing, information technologies, and academia. Her core disciplines areas include organizational design and development, budget management and oversight, recruitment and retention, restructuring, employee relations, compensation programs, team development, business development, work-process redesign, investigations, Titles VII and IX, and other policy violations, and Clery Act compliance. Ms. Levy earned her Master of Science, cum laude, in Human Resource Management, and her Bachelor of Arts in Music, with a minor emphasis in psychology. She holds certifications in SHRM-SCP and SPHR-CA. She is also certified as by the Association of Title IX Administrators as a Level II Civil Rights Investigator and a Title IX Investigator. Ms. Levy is currently the Business Services Director for West Yost Associates, in Davis. She is the former Assistant Dean for Administration and Strategic Planning at University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. She is a prolific volunteer, and in her spare time enjoys skiing and hiking in the Alps, and traveling with her husband and daughters.
