Illinois Mandatory Training: Sexual Harassment Prevention

The Workplace Transparency Act, an amendment to the Illinois Human Rights Act, requires all employers with employees working in the State of Illinois to provide annual sexual harassment prevention training beginning January 1, 2020 at the employer’s expense.  Employers who fail to provide the required annual training will be subject to civil penalties.  Illinois joins a growing number of states that have passed anti-harassment legislation due in part by the #MeToo movement.  Our online course satisfies Illinois State Mandatory Sexual Harassment training. CALIFORNIA MANDATORY TRAINING: SEXUAL HARASSMENT Prevention

Our online course will satisfy California's Sexual Harassment law known as SB 1343 (Formerly AB 1825). Under the new State requirements, all businesses with 5 or more employees are required to train their staff with an approved mandatory sexual harassment training every two years. Included in our product offerings are both the manager and employee versions.
